Morphorest is an extraordinary design for the Universal Forum of Cultures in 2004. This international EXPO was aimed to showcase a new universal culture, which is based on peace, diversity and sustainability. Morphorest is temporary architecture representing the beauty of our mother nature. Creating an extensive roof of tree leaves made from recycled materials which are moving in the wind, this structure provided shade to the children’s playground of the EXPO. This design became finalist of the FAD Awards for Architecture and Interior Design in 2005.
